Terms of Use

Brisella keeps track of the fragrances you own and suggests which one suits a particular day. The suggestions are opinions produced by our own scoring — an informed starting point, not an authority. Your nose has the final word, and disagreeing with the app is a normal outcome, not a fault.

You need to be at least 16 to have an account. Use a real email address you can reach, since it is how you recover access. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Fragrance entries you create are public and shared with everyone using the service. By adding one you allow us to display, edit and keep it, including after you leave.

One rule matters more than the rest here: do not copy descriptions, note lists or review text from other fragrance databases or websites. Enter what you can see on a brand or retailer page, or what you know yourself, in your own words. This catalog is built by hand on purpose, and a single pasted block of someone else's text puts the whole thing at risk.

We may correct, merge or remove entries — usually to fix a mistake or a duplicate, and without warning if something is copied or deliberately false.

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, do not scrape it in bulk, and do not use it to harass anyone or to post unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Note lists and accords in the catalog are compiled from public sources and our own assessment, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Formulations also change over time without the name changing.

Nothing here is medical advice. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the ingredient list on the actual product and consult a professional — do not rely on this site.

Fragrance names, brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. They appear here to identify products, which is what a catalog is for. Brisella is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands listed.

If you own rights in something published here and believe it should not be, write to privacy@brisella.app and we will look at it promptly.

The service is free and provided as it is. We may change features, pause the service, or stop it altogether. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. If we ever shut it down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — for example a fragrance choice you regret. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you by email before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
